The UPDC's are begining to discover that the standard issue M-16 is ineffective against The Beasts as it is unable to sustain a high rate of fire. The FN P90 submachine gun (SMG)is replacing the M-16, as it a submachine gun, with a higher rate of fire 900rpm, and a magazine that hold 50 rounds. It allows the UPDC troops to lay down a large volume of fire to surpress the Beasts. At the present time each squad is being issued 2 P90 per squad
